WOWNOW, CCU Bank, and FD Auto (Wuling) Sign Tripartite Cooperation Agreement to Advance Cambodia’s New Energy Vehicle Ecosystem

On October 14, 2025, SUPER LIGHT SPEED KH TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (WOWNOW), Cambodia Commercial Bank (CCU Bank), and FD AUTO (CAMBODIA) INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD. (Wuling) officially signed a Tripartite Cooperation Agreement in Phnom Penh. The three parties will jointly promote the development of Cambodia’s new energy vehicle (NEV) ecosystem, working together to build a green, intelligent, and sustainable mobility system for the future.

Prior to this agreement, WOWNOW and FD Auto (Wuling)had already entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Under the MOU, FD Auto (Wuling)will provide 500 new energy vehicles to WOWNOW for leasing, and the two parties will cooperate deeply in areas such as vehicle supply, after-sales maintenance, and intelligent management. This earlier collaboration laid a solid foundation for the newly signed tripartite cooperation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Li Jinhe, Business Director and Assistant to the President of WOWNOW; Mr. Cao Hao, CEO of FD Auto (Wuling); and Mr. Hoeung Sothol, CTO of CCU Bank. The three representatives jointly signed the agreement, expressing their strong recognition of and confidence in this partnership.

According to the agreement, the three parties will collaborate across several key areas, including NEV financing, supply chain management, digital mobility services, and local green economy development. CCU Bank will provide innovative financial products and funding support, offering sustainable financing solutions for NEV leasing and digital mobility platforms. FD Auto (Wuling)will be responsible for vehicle supply, technical support, and after-sales services, ensuring the high-quality delivery and maintenance of vehicles. WOWNOW, leveraging its leading digital mobility platform and operational expertise, will drive the widespread adoption and application of new energy vehicles in the Cambodian market.

This cooperation will significantly enhance the accessibility and affordability of green mobility in Cambodia while promoting the green transformation of the country’s urban transportation system. It aims to deliver a more efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly travel experience for both drivers and passengers.
